By accessing or using the Nova Payments platform, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Nova Payments Ltd ("Nova Payments," "we," "us") is a business banking brokerage that connects international businesses to regulated banking partners worldwide. We are not a bank, money transmitter, or digital asset custodian. Banking, payment processing, and settlement services are provided by licensed third-party financial institutions.
The Services are available only to registered businesses and their authorized representatives. You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to bind the business entity you represent. We reserve the right to refuse service at our sole discretion.
To access certain features, you must complete our onboarding process, which includes identity verification (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) checks. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful business purposes. You shall not:
Fees for Services will be disclosed to you before you commit to any transaction. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with 30 days' prior notice. Banking partner fees, FX spreads, and third-party charges may apply in addition to our fees.
Services are delivered through our network of regulated banking partners. Each partner operates under its own license, terms, and regulatory framework. Nova Payments is not responsible for the acts or omissions of banking partners, though we exercise diligence in selecting and monitoring them.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova Payments shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, upon reasonable notice. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Obligations incurred prior to termination shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nova Payments Ltd is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
